CCICED Symposium on Cost Benefit Analysis

    The CCICED Symposium on Cost Benefit Analysis for Air Pollution Prevention and Control in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was held on 4 February, 2016. The symposium was attended by Environment Defense Fund Vice President and CCICED Member Mr. Dan Dudek, and experts from MEP, the Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning, the Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy, and from the CCICED Secretariat. Participants discussed the international experience in cost benefit analysis, its application in China, and the challenges facing its use in the analysis of air pollution prevention and control in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
