3 days of plenary discussions, Open Forum seminars, and policy dialogues. Between 10-12 October, the 2024 CCICED Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place in Beijing, China, gathering Council Members, Special Advisors, and invited experts who underlined the importance of continued leadership on sustainable development and the climate transition amid growing global pressures, explored this year's CCICED research, and agreed on CCICED's annual policy recommendations to China's government. In total, over 400 member, experts, officials, diplomats, academics, NGOs, and reporters attended the AGM.
