Mr. Zhou Shengxian, MEP Minister and Executive Vice Chairman of CCICED met with Mr. Achim Steiner, Vice Secretary General of the United Nations, Executive Director of UNEP and Vice Chairman of CCICED. They exchanged viewpoints on wide topics including the buildup of ecological civilization, latest progress of environmental protection cause of China and enhancement of cooperation. They also signed the Agreement between the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China and UNEP on Strategic Cooperation Framework.
